im 14 5'9 and about 135 and i want a six pack and to build more uscle in my arms and anywhere else. i have a bench a exercise bike a bowflex like machine and a eliptical.

i want real answers

Your best bet: don't go crazy with supplements. If you can find a protein shake that you can stand then go for that. Eat lean meats, take junk in moderation, stay absolutely away from sodas and sports drinks, and do a lot of running. If you don't believe me, take a good look at your track team on a hot day. Running is an all-over workout with a focus on your core. Abs, lower back, glutes. Sit-ups are obviously going to help as well. V-sits where you keep your legs straight out and bring them up as you're doing your situp so your feet and arms move towards each other, those are very effective. I can't stress enough how important running is when building abs. As for your arms...any conventional workout would do with your bowflex. Good old pushups will tone your chest better than you think. Another thing to keep in mind is that results wont come fast. It takes dedication and consistency to get the best results. If you think you're going to have trouble sticking with it then you should look into joining your school's wrestling, swim, or cross country teams. Those would help you the most when it comes to looking fit. Good luck!

do crunches(as a form of sit up) it works abs(a LOT!) and lower back,
everyone knows what鈥檚 they look like, but few can do them well...sit with your feet under something, but not touching it, a gap of say 6''. so if you lift your feet, you can use it for leverage. your knees should be bent, how much, and how far you sit from the leverage is different for different people. try moving closer/farther until you find a good balance of comfortable and challenging. only life your feet when you are unable to life your upper body without extra leverage. if you can't do this early on, your sitting too near the leverage and should move your *** farther away. (many people find this hurts their tail-bone, feel free to sit on a cushion for this) then, while keeping your feet on the ground, pull your chest toward your thighs, tensing your stomach all the time, look at your stomach while doing this, and lift yourself until you see 'creases' in your stomach, then hold for 2 then slowly lower yourself back down. then repeat. if your back hurts or if you find your legs feeling a burn before your stomach you're sitting position is off, and you should adjust.
i had an 8 pack after 6 weeks doing 2 sets of 30 every night..i saw results after 2 weeks.

join football, i had a 4 pack, and after that season i had a 6 pack it was so toned, or else, do sissors until you cry, tis when you lay down and raise your legs up into the air and start kicking up and down without bending your knees for about 30 seconds, hold them as high as possible for another 30, then keep them above the ground about 6 inches for another 30 and spread them straight for another 30...its crazy, my football coach did it so much i got so close to crying...but it was totally worth it, but also include crunches and situps in there

sits ups, leg raises, balancing on one foot and use your abs to try and balance.
You also will need to eat foods high in protein, this helps build and repair muscle. In order to see the muscle you need to reduce body fat but thats so much off a problem for you as you quite light.

dude, every guy does!
all u hav to do is build up ur abs.
just do sit-ups and do special excercises to make ur abs strong and tight........that adds up to a six-pack!

Thank you for telling us. I'd answer your question but there was no question, unless it was buried in the second sentence which made no sense.

If you work out when you're that young, you're going to stunt your growth, lol. Don't worry about it yet...

Then exercise and sit up daily!

5'9 135, you must have no muscle at all.

so work out ! everyday
& stay healthy

If your over 18 they cost about 5 bucks for beer

get off the computer and start working out

SIT UPS! (:

exercise is the word man

same here
