Toning up VERY quickly? |
i lost about 10 pounds in the last month. and i have a dance comp coming up next week. i need to tone my legs extra extra fast Buy a machine called The Leg Magic. You can find it at Bed Bath and Beyond for about $130 and use one of their coupons for 20 percent off and you can get it for a little over $100. i am not sure what it's called but i do it at my gym and it's the machine where you sit and push the weight with your legs. it really helps and i also do treadmills and bikes = ) you need to tone your legs for dance camp? umm well cardio wil not tone your legs, you have to do light weight training, like squats and what not yea, i think that would do the trick, and if you want to build lean muscle, put some extra protein in your diet I agree..add protein to your diet..do some squats and calf raises..that should do the trick! |

Naw, can't over do cardio, really. I mean someone who has a bad heart could, but someone like you, with nothing but ability, no problem. Besides, what you describe is really not a LOT. Not sur... well muscle weighs more than fat and when your trying to lose weight you should eat about 6 small meals (about the size of your palm) and 1 snack throughout the day like every 2 hrs ...it may work but only if the calories ur burning are more than the caolries your taking in.
