Toning legs very very quickly? |
i lost about 10 pounds in the last month. and i have a dance comp coming up next week. i need to tone my legs extra extra fast leg lifts. lie in the ground like you are about to do a crunch...leave your hands against your sides. than lift your legs [stretched and pointed toes] up and down about 50-100 times. do not touch the floor. definitely do lunges and if u can hold weights at your sides then do that at the same time. |

Hi there, i think i may be able to help! I've been a dietitian / nutritionist for the past 9 years so hopefully my experience can help you a little :) To me, you sound very healthy! And you... You should replace fatty or sugary snacks with fruits or veggies. You can also drink sparkling water with flavors. They are great, I drink those alor. They have no sugar or carbs and taste fantas... Ice and compression, along with things like ibuprofen (motrin or advil) or aspirin or tylenol. Ice is #1, ice for like 15 minutes if you can take it, then rest at least 15 minutes, then ice ag... Naw, can't over do cardio, really. I mean someone who has a bad heart could, but someone like you, with nothing but ability, no problem. Besides, what you describe is really not a LOT. Not sur... well muscle weighs more than fat and when your trying to lose weight you should eat about 6 small meals (about the size of your palm) and 1 snack throughout the day like every 2 hrs ...it may work but only if the calories ur burning are more than the caolries your taking in. I would also not recommend jogging unless you've done it on a regular base. Start off with a walk, th...
