So for the past month I've been working out hard. Everyday well muscle weighs more than fat and when your trying to lose weight you should eat about 6 small meals (about the size of your palm) and 1 snack throughout the day like every 2 hrs You may want to try changing your workout. You cannot do the same exercises all the time. You have to change up, because your body adapts and the exercises becomes in effective. Try changing things up. |
