What is the best workout and diet to tone up fast? |
I am 30 years old, 5'5" and 110 pounds. The only workout routine I have ever really done is cardio stuff like running, exercise bike, walking on treadmill, etc. and sit-ups. I have never dieted but try to eat healthy for the most part...lots of salads, fruit, yogurt, vegetables, and calorie free beverages. I just started weight training but only do squats, lunges, bench press, and curls. I am not interested in losing weight, but I do want to get more defined and sculpted muscles. What exercises should I be doing more of, and what foods should I eat regularly to see the quickest results? Thanks for your help! Disclaimer: I don't recommend any diet to you or anyone, but I just wanted to share my experience. You should talk to your nutritionist/doctor before making any drastic changes to your body. there is a video called 'callenetics' its from the 80's but it really works, like really works, its similar to yoga/pilate's etc..the idea of holdin a position and working on the resistance of the muscle,the video seems abit crap but it really works. :) |
