How to keep weight off?


Ive just lost quite a bit of weight and have got some new trousers for school (part of a uniform) and they cost quite a lot because I have to get them for the shortest leg in the smallest size. So I cant afford to put weight back on so that they don't fit before I go back to school.

I have an exercise bike and I am willing to keep healthy eating.
How long should I do on the bike a day and should I just watch what I eat, to keep this weight off?

Im not asking how to lose weight. Cant you read? The question clearly says "How to KEEP weight OFF?", therefore I am asking how not to gain anymore weight, but not lose it either.

To be honest, keeping off weight really depends on your personal will power, and how exactly you lost the weight in the first place. If you did it healthily, the lost weight should remain a memory of your past.

To keep the weight off (if you really need help), exercise 30-90 minutes a day, but don't just ride that indoor bike. Do push ups and sit ups - not hundreds, but at least 5 - 10. Eat healthy of course, but don't be crazy about it - enjoy your favorite foods but watch what you eat. Fruits and Vegetables are great, as well as milk that is known for weight aid - consume vitamins and minerals, and also drink water. Try skipping carbonated sodas, but one a day isn't awful. Having fun with your diet and living happily is the key to keeping your weight off - enjoy life and your new weight.

your asking us how to loose weight after you just lost a lot of weight??? do what you have been doing
