Exercise ???????????


im thirteen and 5'11(very tall for my age)and weight around 160 pounds.
ive been running, riding my bike, and doing 100 push ups a week for about a 2 weeks now.football practice starts in two weeks. will i be ready? what else should i add to my routine?

I think the running and the biking is enough for you to be ready ...
but taking healthy food is a big plus ...
