How much weight can I, a 14 year old, lose by September 2 |
Hi. I'm 14 and I weigh about 170 and i'm 5'2. Have you treid this excerise video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr... I recommend going to the website http://www.calorie-count.com/ at your age i was concerned about my wieght too. i would not do anyhitng drastic but a slow start on a healthier lifestyle, but no sodas no candy no chips. that is pretty much cutting out all the big factors of overweight teens. start looking at what goes into what your eating and try to stay away from trans fats and high fructose corn syrup. i did a lot of whole grain cereal(special k) and fruit. |

I've wanted to do it for a long while too, and I've just started getting into it. Firstly I'll tell you that Parkour and Freerunning are two different things.
