What do you do for exercise? |
i go to the gym and ride my bike daily. kegel exercise everyday a girl has to keep it in shape run between 3 to 5 miles 5 days a week and about 45 min to a hour on the eliptical which is the greates machine ever. I love me some yoga and so addicted to it. Sex is also good cardio but only if you are married of course I get to the gym as often as I can, and curse that damn cross trainer every time I get on it!! LOL....I really dislike that machine, but know it is beneficial, so I stick it out and quietly swear to myself! Brownies in the morning, take a large crap in the evening, gelato for dessert. Scrub, rinse, and repeat. i run, bike, do push ups, sit ups, crunches, hello dollies, wide arm push ups, diamond push ups, and lift weights Sports. Basketball, Tennis, Volleyball & Football. Treadmill, racquet ball, swimming, tennis, etc. Depends on the day. I exercise my elbow frequently at my favorite cheap bar. Ballet, Jazz, Modern and cardio treadmill & aerobic exercises at the gym, dance, run I do some sit ups and cardio a couple of times a week. Other wise it's weight training with food being lifted to my face. running while watching a movie on my ipod Treadmill, weigh training. I walk for 1 mile and ride a bike for 10 miles. Running on a treadmill and weight lifting. I walk the isles of the grocery store pushing a cart go to the gym for 40 minutes a day well... i walk downstairs for food. Elliptical and Tread Mill.... And text, that can be considered exercise right!? I hike after work. I pole dance and run. work hard |

You know, you should only lose weight if you are over weight. Your tall so its not healthy to glose 20 pounds. From your picture i can see you're thin enough :] so don't worry. But if you... i do it all the time-- I'm 27 and it seems to be getting worse. i'm always saying... "hey, can you get the thing out of that and put it there" only my boyfriend can understa... Your diet is pretty well planned, I guess. You should eat meat on a daily basis, especially after you exercise, unless you want to have nothing but skin and bone. Don't forget about adding so... Jogging and lunges w/ hand held weights. Then walking to maintain. ... |
