I finally found how to lose weight in a fun way i like? |
For all those ppl that was telling me that i couldnt lose weight by not exercising u were all right. So i was riding on my dirt bike in my back yard and i was thinking of ways of how to lose weight. When i got off my dirt bike i found out how to lose weight. And i have Comcast so i went On Comcast On Demand and iam doing those fitness things so i can lose weight and gain muscle at the same time. i've been doing this on demand suff for about an hour now and it feels good.
