Need help with exercise/diet? |
I am 15, male, I like mounting Biking... i do 16 mile rides up hills.... and i play alot of tennis... i was just wondering if i wanted to shape up a bit...loose a few lbs ... what wuld be the best way to do this?? also by doing these what muscles am i helping?? I would say your legs and your arms are very strong. Breakfast: Yogurt. |

You know, you should only lose weight if you are over weight. Your tall so its not healthy to glose 20 pounds. From your picture i can see you're thin enough :] so don't worry. Also, Recently I visited a site ... an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example).
