Can somebody help me come up with a good workout for me for the school year?


Okay. I am 5'5 and I weigh 157 pounds. My goal is to get to 130 pounds. I do not have a library nor do I have the money to buy exercise dvds.
I eat about 1400 calories a day and I own the following:
jumprope
bike
exercise ball
walking shoes
yoga mat
mini trampoline
I have access to a track.
5lb handweights

My schedule is as follows:
6:00am -wake up for school
7:30am-leave for school
3:30pm-get back from school
4:30pm-get done with homework(sometimes I will not have homework)
7:00pm-eat dinner
9:30pm-go to sleep

I am also thinking of playing volleyball and sofball so I eventually may have practices after 3:30pm. Can someone make me a schedule that will allow me to drop pounds?

I forgot to add this:
I eat breakfast right after I wake up.
I eat lunch around 12:30.

You know, you should only lose weight if you are over weight. Your tall so its not healthy to glose 20 pounds. From your picture i can see you're thin enough :] so don't worry. But if you really want to do the following. If you watch tv and commercials are on do pushups or situp. Go jog in the afternoon [ if no h/w] always eat breakfast! Eating breakfast is actually great for losing weight. So really just simple things :] but i really recommend you don't lose that much, or else you'll be a tall stick :D well good luck and it doesnt have to change your schedule to excercise

Well there is some exercise workouts in the Seventeen and CosmoGirl magazines but if you dont own them then try to use all the exercise things that you own and try to do the same thing every other day every week!!!

Exercise every 2nd day
