Can somebody help me come up with a good workout for me for the school year? |
Okay. I am 5'5 and I weigh 157 pounds. My goal is to get to 130 pounds. I do not have a library nor do I have the money to buy exercise dvds. I forgot to add this: You know, you should only lose weight if you are over weight. Your tall so its not healthy to glose 20 pounds. From your picture i can see you're thin enough :] so don't worry. But if you really want to do the following. If you watch tv and commercials are on do pushups or situp. Go jog in the afternoon [ if no h/w] always eat breakfast! Eating breakfast is actually great for losing weight. So really just simple things :] but i really recommend you don't lose that much, or else you'll be a tall stick :D well good luck and it doesnt have to change your schedule to excercise Well there is some exercise workouts in the Seventeen and CosmoGirl magazines but if you dont own them then try to use all the exercise things that you own and try to do the same thing every other day every week!!! Exercise every 2nd day |

If you have been doing this for a long time now [e... No you are eating to little. You need about 12-15 Calories per pound you weigh in order to maintain body temperture and thought process. (Along with many other bodily functions). Put all of that on... atleast 10 for sure ! Also, Recently I visited a site ... an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. ... I feel great after I workout. Mainly because I know im working towards my goal of losing weight and I feel accomplished. If your working towards a a six-pack you need to do cardio not just weights.... |
