I need a good exercise to...? |
I need a good exercise that is helpful for getting rid of fat on my thighs... squats...leg curls and extensions. lunges...theres alot of exercises you can do for your thighs and over time they will get better If you're like me, your thighs will be the very last place to lose weight. Some people lose weight last in their bellies, some in their butts, for me...it's the thighs. Keep doing what you're doing but add some more. Do some power walking or jogging, jumping rope, jumping jacks, leg kicks in a swimming pool, skating, whatever works the big leg muscles will eventually help your thighs to slim down. Just be patient and continue to watch what you eat as well, because exercise alone can't do all the work... Spot reduction is really a myth. Make sure to eat healthy and keep exercising. Try a high protein low carb eating pattern. no exercise can target weight loss on specific areas of the body man, thats all down to weight loss all together, so you will have to diet to lose that, and no theres no such thing as a leg diet before you ask :P Do sets of squats and lunges holding hand weights for extra resistance. I think you should run,walk &at the night you should do 10 or more sit ups jog about 2-3 mile 3 days a week squats work every time. how old are u if u are older than 18 or 18 use pills i thihk u should just run |
