What exercises should i do and how many/long for?


I am 13 (14 in october) weigh just under 13st 5'11 rugby season starts soon and need exercise program 2 get in shape before it starts i have dumbells, exercise bike, chest expander and have bout 拢40 to spend on exercise equipment also i do a paper-round every morning bout 1 mile any suggestions thanks

yo..work on your chest alot and thighs.....(bike)...also try and use a scrum machine or tackle bags for shouklders.....I do alot of shoulder workouts to get my shoulders firm and hard, which is really helpful to play rugby and gives you confidence to tackle. Hope this helps.....

tehe you're British!!!! lol I'm 12 bout to turn 13 in October and i work out everyday what i do is i run on a treadmill and then work my biceps and then bench bout 50pounds...don't know how much that is in kilograms though sorry anyway o after you run on the treadmill stretch out so you don't pull anything and then I'm done after i stretch out again...hope i helped IM me if you have anymore questions
