Good exercise programme for 15 year old? |
I do tennis and netball and i have an exercise bike and i can walk my dogs or go for a run can anyone give me a good plan eeeehhhhh.... you can go by week like....3 hours of biking a week walk dogs atleast 3 times a week and practice around every other day |
