Which Exercise Equipment Would Best Suit Me?


I'm 14 years old. I'm trying to lose inches around my thighs. I clearly understand that you can't lose weight in just one spot. I've already lose about an half inch on each thigh. I'm a dancer, so I already have toned calfs and slim thighs. I just want to get rid of the extra fat on my thighs. I have two exercise bikes at home. Building up muscle with bulk up my thighs, not make them slimmer, right? Which one is better for the purpose I want?:

I have a elliptical without the ski poles (Can't find picture).
I have an exercise bike that I can change the resistance (I'm scared because it makes my legs fatigue and I think I'll bulk up).
Lastly, I have something like a bike. You sit on it and there are pedals. When you put your weight on the pedals, your bottom rises off the sit and then you go back down. Do you understand?

Wrong. The muscle will replace the place of the fat. Since muscle is 3 times more dense than fat, it only takes up 1/3 of the space. You can safely bike while reducing your size and increasing strength. I have.

As well, I don't see the big deal about girls and getting any sort of muscle. We guys love it - and it's a great sign you're in excellent shape.

Try the weird rising and falling bike and the elliptical. For cycling, bike to the gym instead of driving.

take up palates (or however you spell it), its a great workout

    Cross trainer definately you want to incorperate as many body parts as possible during the workout. Yes a treadmill will work over time but it won't tone your upper body.
