Which Exercise Equipment Would Best Suit Me? |
I'm 14 years old. I'm trying to lose inches around my thighs. I clearly understand that you can't lose weight in just one spot. I've already lose about an half inch on each thigh. I'm a dancer, so I already have toned calfs and slim thighs. I just want to get rid of the extra fat on my thighs. I have two exercise bikes at home. Building up muscle with bulk up my thighs, not make them slimmer, right? Which one is better for the purpose I want?: Wrong. The muscle will replace the place of the fat. Since muscle is 3 times more dense than fat, it only takes up 1/3 of the space. You can safely bike while reducing your size and increasing strength. Yes a treadmill will work over time but it won't tone your upper body. ...Well on the bags that the foods come in it is on the 2000 calories a day basis. So maybe have 1500 foods for meals (500 each meal) Then 500 for snacks 3 times a day which is around 166 calories e... That is a diet for disaster ! You might not get fat...but you will not feel or LOOK healthy. Your going to be skinny with, lousy skin , dull hair , dead eyes! You need more fruits...and vege... |
