How long should I exercise? |
I'm trying to lose 10 pounds anyone trying to lose weight or get in shape should exercise at least an hour a day. you also might want to drink alot of water. it has no fat, cals, carbs, or any other fating thing in it and it also flushes fat out of the body. dancing helps alot to! dancing requires alot of energy and it keeps your body moving, this burns fat and cals that you've eaten. also eat less! instead of going back for 2nds only eat on plate. eating less means your not eating as many cals, fats, and carbs as you usually would when you eat more. If you want to loose weight then cardio will do. To get your heart rate up you're supposed to workout for 45 minutes, anything after that you will be burning fat, and that is what will help up lose weight. The longer you workout after 45 minutes the more fat you burn!! well...ur work out should be atleast for 30 mins.....and as for ur biking....u should do that for atleats 30 mins....to along with proper food u will be good...try to skipp if that possible....that really helps...also....walk when eva..possibe...these little thhings really help a lot 30 minutes a day is the general recommendation for good health. If your workout is becoming easy for you, up the intensity or length. If your exercise routine is anything short of 45 minutes, it's not worth your time; it takes your body longer than you'd think to warm up and start burning up those calories. 30 min. to an hour a day u dnt want 2 do 2 much bc wen ppl do 2 much n the 1st couple of days they dnt want 2 get bk out there nd do it again bc they get tired! (take it slow) You are supposed to get 30 minutes per day of exercise, so it sounds like you are doing pretty well. Just keep a healthy diet and keep exercising! Good luck! biking for 1 mile= 5 miles of running so probably for about an hour a day... depending on speed! U should really run. Good luck! right now i am trying 1 hr and 30 mins in the morning and jogging in the evenings and it is working really good *) 200 minutes on the bike burn about 4000 cal. equals one pound of body weight. 30 minutes a day 3 times a week trust me on that How was your diet? If you consume for calories than what you burn, You'll not lose weight. Expecting 5lbs. weight loss per week is not realistic. 1-2 pounds is about avg. You should ride the bike for 5-6 days a week from 30-45 min. Make sure you get your diet in check as well. Cross trainer definately you want to incorperate as many body parts as possible during the workout. Yes a treadmill will work over time but it won't tone your upper body. ...Well on the bags that the foods come in it is on the 2000 calories a day basis. So maybe have 1500 foods for meals (500 each meal) Then 500 for snacks 3 times a day which is around 166 calories e... That is a diet for disaster ! You might not get fat...but you will not feel or LOOK healthy. Your going to be skinny with, lousy skin , dull hair , dead eyes! You need more fruits...and vege... yes, biking is exellent. Other things would be jump rope, squats, lunges, or climbing up and down some stairs ... |
