One more question about exercise.....? |
i have a exercise bike and i wanted to know about how long should i ride it to lose at least 5lbs a week? Expecting 5lbs. weight loss per week is not realistic. 1-2 pounds is about avg. You should ride the bike for 5-6 days a week from 30-45 min. Make sure you get your diet in check as well. All the riding in the world won't fix a bad diet. |

well just tell your mom that you want to excercise. its not a bad thing its good for you if only more people wanted to excercise lie you if you still want to in secret try small things like p... So maybe have 1500 foods for meals (500 each meal) Then 500 for snacks 3 times a day which is around 166 calories e... That is a diet for disaster ! You might not get fat...but you will not feel or LOOK healthy. Your going to be skinny with, lousy skin , dull hair , dead eyes! You need more fruits...and vege... yes, biking is exellent.
