One more question about exercise.....?


i have a exercise bike and i wanted to know about how long should i ride it to lose at least 5lbs a week?

Expecting 5lbs. weight loss per week is not realistic. 1-2 pounds is about avg. You should ride the bike for 5-6 days a week from 30-45 min. Make sure you get your diet in check as well. All the riding in the world won't fix a bad diet.
