I have an exercise question.?

So, I weigh 190 pounds and I am 5 feet and 5 inches tall. I recently bought an exercise bike and I bike 16 miles a day about 15.4mph. Am I going to be able lose weight?? I also watch what I eat.

Limit your biking to 30 - 45 minutes each time.

1 - 30 mins - body uses stored glycogen
30 - 45 mins - body uses fats
45 mins onwards - body uses muscles

for energy.

definately a good start. Try adding some weight lifting in there to help tone your muscles and increase your metabolism.
