Is this to much food for a 15year old?/not enough exercise?


Morning-bowl of miniwheats half of a peach
lunch-two handful of noodles with sauce and a piece of bread
dinner-bowl of miniwheats half of a peach and about 10 animal crackers and peanut butter

exercise:
-23mile bike ride took about 1hr and half
-7mile rollerblade ride
-1hr horseback riding
-mowing the yard about 1hr

also with this diet will i gain weight?..lose weight?..maintain my weight?

also two days a week i do dance for two hours..i also sometimes eat less like taking the animal crackers w/peanut butter out..im just scaried to get fat..i also weigh about 117 and im 5'7"

That is a diet for disaster !

You might not get fat...but you will not feel or LOOK healthy.

Your going to be skinny with, lousy skin , dull hair , dead eyes!
You need more fruits...and vegetables.
Don't like red meat...have some chicken or fish ( broiled or baked )

Health Foods are common "everyday" foods. These include the fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts and seeds, lean meats, fish, olive oil, herbs and spices that are familiar to most people

sounds like a recipie for malnutrition.

check out www.mypyramid.gov for help on developing a healthy diet for a girl your age and with your activity level. Eating a balanced, healthy diet is the best way to go.

um mami, yur gonna lose a lotta weight, try adding a lil more to ur diet..food wise, lyk meat or eggs,,,at least in one meal

You are over doing it in the exercise department. Even if your food intake was adequate, that would still be too much activity.
You could put yourself down a destructive path if you keep that up.
You have barely any protein besides peanutbutter. You need more fruits and veggies and carbohydrates. Be sure to drink plenty of water and mellow out on the exercise.
In conclusion:
Not enough food and too much exercise.
If you are female, your periods could stop(if you've already begun menstruating)
Female or male, doesn't matter-Your heart, kidneys, bones, hair, skin, -your life could be in danger.
I would strongly urge you to rest and remember everything in moderation. Too much or too little of anything-food, water, exercise, is not healthy.
You sound a bit eating disordered-you may not have one, but you sound disordered when it comes to food and exercise. You will probably lose weight-but this is not a good way to do it!
