Need some advice with exercise/eating etc.?


Hey,

I'm year 10 + 14 and 1/2 years old currently.

In year 7, when I was about 11, I was quite podgey, well fat tbh..11 stone+only 5ft 2 or 3.

Now I'm 5ft 7 and just under 10 Stone.

I have calculated my weight on the BMI calculater. If you duno what that is it's an online calc u can use to see if you under/over/average or obese weight. You enter your height and weight, 20-25 is average. And my score with 5ft 7 + 140lb got me 22.5 bang in the middle.
So I'm healthy right?

I do eat healthily, I know that. Wheat, Riveta, Drained Fat Dinners, Wheetobix+Fruit and the odd chocolate like once a week.

I also do 4km everyday on my exercise bike, sometimes 8km at weekends. And 80 situps every single day (even on holiday).

Thing is even after all of this, People still call me fat as like an insult,

Am I?

I need to get in shape if not.

Honest please.

You are not fat! Anyone who tells you otherwise has completely lost any traceable amount of intelligence or brain power. I used to be quite pudgy as well but after losing 60 lbs to get to 180 at 6ft, I know I'm not fat and I don't let anyone tell me otherwise. You should do the same. Don't take crap from no one.

This is a joke, right? You aren't even CLOSE to obese. Just ignore what they say. Don't let it get to you; if you do, they've succeeded.

You have no worries. have fun while you are young you look fine and fit.
