Jumping on a trampoline
swimming in pool
jogging
or riding a bike?
and if you can put them in order like basically greatest to least

swimming
jogging
riding a bike

only if these are done non stop for 20-30 minutes.

trampoline jumping is not considered a "workout" its a recreation.

Depends on what part of the body your trying to loose the weight from. Trampoline is more for tuning various muscle groups than weight lose. Swimming maybe best as you are using more muscle groups. Jogging and biking are pretty much middle ground as far as exercise goes.

diet(watch what and how much you eat)
exercising(runing ,swiming,working out)

do all and there all perfect together and do more than you know go to a gym and exercise
