These bad measurements for my height and weight?


bust=33in
waist=25.5in
hips=29in
weight=115-120lbs [52.1kg]
height=5'7"

eat:

breakfeast-bowl of miniwheats w/ 1%milk
lunch-mac and chesse with plain 98% fat free hot dog no bun and choc skin milk
dinner-10 grain cereal w/1%milk

exercise:
bike 2hrs
dance 2hrs
rollerblade 1hr
core/strength trainin 20min

First of all, you must be pleased with yourself. Why are you seeking approval from others? Do it for you, not for what others think of you :)

Here's some insight that might be helpful though.

You're doing a lot of exercise which is great, but I'm a bit worried about your eating habits.

Do you eat the same thing every day?

Try getting some variety in there and eat more fruits and veggies. Also, this seems like a very low-calorie diet for someone who is doing as much exercise as you, and you may be suffering from malnutrition if this is all you eat everyday.

Well, you're a little on the thin side, but not disgustingly thin. You could be a normal slim model. But your lunch sounds kinda junky, despite the good exercise you do. Even thin people can have bad cholestrol. You need to eat something healthier and more substantial for dinner and something better for energy and your skin for lunch lol:)

You're in the normal range. You should probably be eating more if you are really working out that much, because right now you are consuming less than 1,000 calories a day, and clearly burning way more than that...which is bordering on anorexia.

you're active and healthy. why should your measurements matter? if i tell you that your measumrents are way off the scale and that you needed to lose weight, would you get sad?

Yes. You need to be eating more for the amout of excersise you do.
