Is is better to buy an exercise bike at home or go to the gym ? If you get bored with doing the same routine over and over, you should join a gym. I have purchased just about every piece of exercise equipment available (treadmill, bike, cross trainer, stair climber) yet I still joined a gym to change things up a little. I found one that had aerobics classes and an indoor pool, so I can do all types of different things so I won't get bored and quit working out. the gym...its a better atmosphere to workout in and a motivating place because of everyone else there working just as hard as you for the same goal, to be healthy and fit. also the opportunity to meet new people is rewarding and provides a support group to encourage you to work out. It depends on the person but from life experience and working in the area - GYM al the way. Well, if u want to be social go to the gym, but if u want to be alone when u work out, stay at home. Also that way u can choose whats on TV. But an excerise bike at home or an exercise bike at a gym are the same. However, if u want to work out more than just ur legs, go to the gym. Go to the gym , at least you will have someone professional to advise you about the best exercises. go to the gym. in no time you will get bored of the excercise bike. when you see fit people it will get you motivated. |
