Will my exercise bike alone help me lose weight? |
Ok so if I do strong workouts on this bike and dont do anything else in particular, just strong cycling routines will that helps me lose weight? As much as everyone else has said. Cycling is a wonderful and fun excerise that a tremendous fat burner and leg muscle builder. Remember however, if you eat more unhealthy foods it can offset the hardwork you've done with working out. So, eat correctly and enjoy cycling. Physical exercising is one of the most effective means of losing weight. While weight loss is subsequent, it is also possible to maintain this reduction through physical exercising. Unlike in the use of various weight loss supplements which may result in consequent weight gain later. Losing weight is simply burning more calories than you take in. Its that ez. So if you are using a excercise bike and you up your intake of food to go with it then you may not see results. Also you cant go by just the scale. If you are not accustomed to doing excercise then you will gain muscle in your legs from the bike, And muscle weighs in on the scale even heavier than fat. So if you are just using a scale to monitor your progress then dont be surprised if the scale starts to read that you are gaining weight. That muscle also burns more calories than fat so it will eat the fat. Good Luck and dont give up I would think anytime you are actually moving your body and burning calories you would definitely lose weight. Of course :) yes honey! |
