Whats the difference between working out on Exercise Bike and treadmill? |
My agenda is to lose weight: you can lose weight either by using a treadmill or exercise, however it will take you longer hours on the exercise bike than the treadmill. they also differ in the parts of the body where your fat burns. treadmill will be working on more of your whole body whereas the bike will mainly be working on your legs. they are both effective but in terms of the amount of hours you put in, treadmill will be faster. hi rahul...i agree with ninja girl...the tredmil is better...you walk on the tredmill,which is a complete workout...on the bike you can only do cardio,but nothing else...even i would love to use both to motivate myself to continuosly stay healthy... |
