How can I loose weight ONLY in my thighs?


I'm very happy with my body, except for my thighs.
They're not really proportional to the rest of my body.
I have a exercise bike and a thing for lifting your legs.

Is there any way that I can just work them out?

you can't sorry hun! We all lose weight proportionally. You can tone your things through squats weights and yoga that will gain muscle to that area, but you can't actually just lose weight on your thighs. good luck!
