How can you lose belly fat in 9 weeks and 3 days?


I can say, I can pinch an inch. This is the first I have tried to do anything about it. The only workout avalible to me is a DDR mat and an exercise bike. Can some one tell me what to do each day and for how long?

My diet is mostly junk food but rarly vegies and fruits.

I'm still a teen.

Aerobic exercise

Many types of exercise are aerobic, and by definition are performed at moderate levels of intensity for extended periods of time. To obtain the best results, an aerobic exercise session involves a warming up period, followed by at least 20 minutes of moderate to intense exercise involving large muscle groups, and a cooling down period at the end.

Healthy diet

A healthy diet involves consuming nutrients by eating the appropriate amounts from all of the food groups, including an adequate amount of water. Since human nutrition is complex, a healthy diet may vary widely, and is subject to an individual鈥檚 genetic makeup, environment, and health. For around 20% of the human population, lack of food and malnutrition are the main impediments to healthy eating.Conversely, people in developed countries have the opposite problem; they are more concerned about obesity.

I suggest you do the Master Cleanse Lemonade Diet, to clean out your body from most of the junk, which will also help you lose weight. And then do a slow transition to healthy food. By healthy food i mean a lot of fruits and vegetables, lean meat, chicken, LOTS AND LOTS of water, salads & soups. And try to get some exercise, doesnt have to be vigirous, you can do like a 30 min-1 hour walk every night!

Quickest way to lose weight it to ditch the junk. Replace fatty foods (such as cream and milk) with low fat alternatives (creme fraiche is a good one) and fill out your meals with vegetables. Eat chicken or turkey rather than meat and do not fry/deep fat fry anything.

With regards to exercise, if it is just your tummy you want to tone, sit ups are a good start.

Nutritional shakes are good for weight loss. For eg. I a on a weight loss program called Cinch. I have been on it for a week and have lost 6 pounds and 3 inches!

you can not target weight loss. you can target your belly for firmness but with weight loss your best bet is to just continue losing weight. sooner or later your stomach will go down.

it shows you different exercises.

stay active, exercise, and cut back on the junk food, and eat more fruits and vegetables.

run 4 or 5 days a week and do about 100 crunches everyday
