Change me exercise pattern or leave it the same? |
I usually do 30minutes of treadmill every morning but I feel like I always start off hard and then lack energy after about 5 minutes and I dont work as hard as I want to. So my question is should I do a round of exercises? (5mins each) I can't stress enough how useless the treadmill is unless combined with other exercises! |
