Is this exercise good?


every morning i wake up at 8am, have a yoghurt and go for a sprint at 8.35am til 9.10
when i get home i do household chores and have a shower
then i go to the gym at 10.30 til 11.45
i then go swimming straight after til 12.30
after that i have a light salad and some fruit and a rest until 1.30
i then take my dogs for a walk til 2.15 and when i get back i play exercise games on wii til about 4 with my husband
i then have a meat based sandwich and me and my husband watch the news together
at 5pm, i go to yoga and then dance class.
i come home a 7pm, put the children to bed and have about 3 bottles of vodka
by this time its about 8pm, so i go on my exercise bike and then at 9pm i go to bed and sometimes have sex

what do you think, is this good?
