Do you think i'm doing enough exercise to get a great figure and stay healthy? |
Monday-friday i cycle to and from school which takes me in total 35 minutes there and back but i don't really class that as 'exercise' as it's just what i do to get from one place to another..well, here's what i've done this week: you're definitely doing enough. I'm guessing you're not eating a shitload either. If you eat healthily, you'll probably even lose some weight. you are doing great and don;t feel guilty about a day off here and there because rest is important too. with what you are doing and avoiding too much junk food you should not have problems Pictures!!! |
