Treadmill or bike?? Which is better? |

Even an hour of hard running only burns 400-600 calories which is barely one Big Mac. Better to watch your junk carbs, sweets, and alcohol. As a practical matter, I found the mill takes up more room, uses a motor, and costs a lot to buy. Bikes abound at yard sales for $15-25.
