Exercise to thin/tone legs but shape a nice butt? |
i want to tone my calves and thighs, i dont want to make them bigger just lose the fat and tone a little better, but i dont want to lose my butt, i want to shape it up more. What exercises should i do, preferably that i dont need to do in a gym? the only real equipment i have at home tho is an exercise ball and a bike. Well if you have a bike at home that's perfect since bikes are great for the calves and legs! As for your rear do sets of squats and lay down on all fours and lift your leg back for reps of ten and each leg and then repeat! This will keep your buns toned and firm! lay on the floor put the ball between your knees and lift your legs up and lower them , repeat. good way to tone up also use that bike girl do sum jump rope good cardio is the best and go for a good walk or jog daily ull tone up . doing cardio is the best way to do it, do some running or jogging. also if you do weight work outs then dont do heavy lifting, do light lifting with more reps. squats jog in place for 10 hours three times a day |
