How many cals will i burn if i do this at the gym?


If i do 20 mins on the cross trainer
20 mins on the exercise bike
20 mins on the treadmill
and 15 mins on the rowing machine.......how much will i burn off?
also add in some resistance work....say 15 mins of that....

I worked things out for you on an average level of intensity if you work harder you will work more.

(x) 15 mins Rower, Stationary 4 kph -46

Also i might suggest alot of the gyms have equipment on a calorie counter on them so maybe take note af that to see how many calories you will burn.

on almost all of the cardio machines at the GYM will tell you more or less how many calories you are burning...so give it to you in how many per hour is you stay at that pace...

As far as resistance work goes it is going to depend on how long and how intense you work out if you are going to a gym that has trainers....just stop on an ask them at almost every gym that is what they are there for....

dno how you weight..the speed and intensity you will do on the machines..

well, average it to this.. for every average 5mins of exercise you will burn about 40kcals

so for all that that you said.. i you stayed at a normal average pace itd be about 600kcals

i usually burn around 200 on rowing machine for 10 mins
300 on treadmill for 15 - 20 mins. 200 on cross trainer for 15 - 20 mins. it says on the machine anyways so go once time yourself and see how you do so you will know for future

dont talk cal....talk heat ur body will burn more with heat...try running in the sun ..staying hydrated of course....now ur burning cals...
