Exercise and no diet? |
hi, well i have recently quit smoking (january) and alcohol (march) and have got into a bad habit of eating whenever i want as opposed to whenever i am hungry. i have also been sick with colds and asthma since quitting smoking (think my lungs are cleaning lol) so i havent been able to exercise at all. now i am at the biggest i have ever been at age 25, and i am miserable. have a 2yo and not having anymore kids so would love to get pre baby bod back! yeah you should lose weight doing that, but it will take a lot longer than if you reduced your energy intake, but keep up the exercise |
