Exercise equipment. help!? :-[? |
I have been looking around for something to purchase such as en exercise ball, step, weights, things like that-- anything BUT treadmills and exercise bikes. (i'm tight on money right now.) you can get some "pushup bars" cant remeber there exact name - u hold onto them when doing pushups - helps keeps ur body straight and stops your hands moving everywhere. you can get stand-alone boxing bags with a sand filled/water filled base and also a pull up bar which attatches to your door frame - they all come with a list of different excersises you can use with them to get you started and ensure you are using them safely and properly. hope this helps Go to the store a sports store and walk to the fitness area (or check a website). Most have affordable equipment. dont buy any equipment..just a good pair of shoes and go brisk walking daily for an hour.. go out to the nearest college or park to jog around or walk around eBay, they have a great selection of excercise bands or balance balls that are excellent for home use get a gym pass... it has all of that stuff and it is cheaper the actually having to buy all of the stuff you really donr need a ball all you can do is join the finess program at a gyn or one of the t.v shows call because if you are really serious about loosing your weight than you should take my advice. thanks and hope for good luck |
