Need some help with exercise? |
Im thinking about getting one of those sitting bikes where u sit inside and u can peddle and change the setting to like hard and light ya know. well i also walk at least 5 times a week about 3 miles whats a good way to work out legs like a really good exercise, and does anyone know if those exercise bikes work well or not? depending on how much you weigh you will burn: yer exercise bikes are good i have one, if you are motivated enough to use it, but if you want to feel the burn and want fast results get leg magic it works! I LOVE my exercise bike. I got a schwinn, and they're super quiet too! Lots of resistance options, pre-programmed stuff. I highly recommend! yep and you can sit infront of the tv and do it too :D |

If you are using the bike only for exercise my bet is that they can be straightened... it is surprising what a good mechanic can do in just a couple of minutes. Now, if they are dented or smashe... Multiply your weight by 10 IE, 185 * 10 = 1850 Now multiply by a normal activity factor (1-5 %): IE, 1850 + 3% = 1905.5 That means I need 1900 cals to stay where I am at with the curren... 30 mins per day but don't use the easy gear. you're supposed to get your heart rate up & keep it up. don't overdo it. also make sure you're getting all your water for the da... I don't think I want to encourage your behavior. First because I don't know how much you weight. You might already be on your ideal weight and I could just be promoting an unhealthy beh... That doesn't sound slow at all... 6 lbs in 2 weeks? You're doing fine and that's considered a healthy rate to lose weight at. Keep it up. :) You could probably burn more calories ... the normal weight loss for a week is 1-2 pounds. theirs not really a certain amount that you have to burn. just stay active - cardio burns alot of fat. and eat healthy! good luck (: ...This work for you...
