How much food should should i eat a day if i do this much exercise?


i do this exercise five times a week, with the weekends as rest days so i can take a breather.
first off i do 1 to 1and one half hours of weightlifting.
then i move onto the elliptical which i do for twenty five minutes anf burn 500 calories.
next i use the threadmill as a sort of break, and do 20 minutes of walking which is 100 calories.
after that is the stairclimber 20 minutes and it burns 200 calories.
last but not least is the exercise bike which i do for 30 mintues to build strength and burn 250 calories.

well, that is it, and i was wondering, what is a healthy diet for me.
im not super muscular or anything, im just trying to improve my body.

Multiply your weight by 10

IE, 185 * 10 = 1850

Now multiply by a normal activity factor (1-5 %):

IE, 1850 + 3% = 1905.5

That means I need 1900 cals to stay where I am at with the current activity level.

Know this next: 3500 cals = 1 pound

So, if you exercise 500 cals a day * 7 days that is 3500 cals and you will lose 1 pound per week.

Additionally, reduce your cal intake by 500 cals a day and you will lose another pound.

2 pounds a week is the recommended max weight loss.
