Is this good exercise to help tone & lose weight?


15 mins on treadmill (power walking)
15 mins on exercise bike
15 mins on cross trainer
15 mins on rowing machine
A selection of weights
2-3 times per week

Also pilates once a week and swimming 1-2 times per week

I am getting married in 3 mths and want to lose 20 pounds (also on a healthy diet)

This work for you... I'd eat half of what you would normally eat...if you're hungry, eat some healthy snacks like fruit and drink lots of water.

yeah sounds like you got a good plan. keeping cardiovascular varied is a really good way to do it because gawd its borning! the crosstrainer burns calories the best! i do it for 20mins on 20 resistance and can do 300 cals. i find it the best method of clocking up the calories.
keep your weights low so your not building. if you do a lower weight and more reps it helps define.
and sweimming is the best all over exercise. :D hope you get where you want to be for your wedding. and congrats :D

That sounds like a really good way to lose weight. Just instead of 2 to 3 times a week, it needs to be 3 to 4 times a week.

yep!! thats superb...but just do 4-5 times a week more the better. i do it 5-6 and leave it on sunday but i just do it to keep healthy so not that much like you do. ur doing great

sounds good. just make sure your cardio work is beneficial, as i dont know your age its hard to say but try and keep your heart rate 140+ for maximum fat burning. and im sure you will look gorgeous for your wedding!
