Eating salads and exercise?


how much weight would i lose if i ate nothing but salads, grilled lean chicken, fat free cheese for dairy and fruit for about 2 months? drinks include calorie free flavored waters and just water. i would also be exercising 1-2 hours daily (cardio, bike riding, dancing, tennis).
i am 15 years old, weigh 170 lbs, and am 5'5".

the chicken is alot of protein.
i'll be eating alot of it as well as fish.

I believe you would lose a lot of weight just exercising 1-2 hours a day, even if you ate like a normal person. You would also lose a lot of weight if you simply did the food thing and didn't exercise. With both things, I am sure you may end up hurting your body physically. You cannot exercise 1-2 hours/day if you will solely eat what you have described. You need much more protein for sure. I think you should ask a professional trainer's opinion though. It doesn't sound healthy to me. Good luck on losing whatever weight you are trying to get rid of though. Please seek the advice of a professional. You can also try out this website.
