Eating salads and exercise? |
how much weight would i lose if i ate nothing but salads, grilled lean chicken, fat free cheese for dairy and fruit for about 2 months? drinks include calorie free flavored waters and just water. i would also be exercising 1-2 hours daily (cardio, bike riding, dancing, tennis). the chicken is alot of protein. I believe you would lose a lot of weight just exercising 1-2 hours a day, even if you ate like a normal person. You would also lose a lot of weight if you simply did the food thing and didn't exercise. With both things, I am sure you may end up hurting your body physically. You cannot exercise 1-2 hours/day if you will solely eat what you have described. You need much more protein for sure. I think you should ask a professional trainer's opinion though. It doesn't sound healthy to me. Good luck on losing whatever weight you are trying to get rid of though. Please seek the advice of a professional. You can also try out this website. I would bike a lot more than I run, make sure to really push yourself on the bike ride, and remember that to have results one should get about 45-60 minutes of cardio in one sitting, I would do tha... Exercise bikes are great to do i... run outside swimming's actually best of the two though, i would say treadmill ...it may work, all things are different for different people. Just substituting water for soda and other sugary drinks such as juices that are not 100% juice will help you lose weight. Just rememb... At least you weight is good. To tighten up those'hard to work areas' the eliptical machine is very good for that. You can dial up the resistance to give those target areas a real good wo... i can give you three different workouts. I am giving you three because if you do the SAME program...you may hit a plateau and not lose weight. if you vary you workout...your body will react to diff... Eating 600 calories of chocolate is not going to make you gain weight. Eating 600 calories of chocolate EVERY day will make you gain weight. 3500 calories make a pound. You ate 600... obvi... |
