What do exercise bikes do? |
do they strengthen your muscles, help burn calories..? They do a lot of things. They strengthen your cardio muscle and it's good for your heart. They tone muscle in your thighs and calves. Also, they burn calories. Exercise bikes are great to do if you you want to lose weight. They burn calories. You will build some muscles specially with high resistance to a certain degree but nowhere near where lifting weights will take you. Mostly good for cardio, not that great for strength training. When I had one they made a good place to hang your clothes in the bedroom.lol |
