okay, i really want to lose at least 16 pounds in like 3 months, and i wanted to know if the exercise plan i plan on doing is very good for this! here it is: it may work, all things are different for different people. Just substituting water for soda and other sugary drinks such as juices that are not 100% juice will help you lose weight. Just remember when you drink water, try to drink water without carbonation or flavoring. Flavoring usually has a lot of sugar. also omit sugar frm ur diet. grapes.mangoes and other very sweet fruits r better avoided. gd luck! |
