My exercise plan? PLEASE HELP! :D?


okay, i really want to lose at least 16 pounds in like 3 months, and i wanted to know if the exercise plan i plan on doing is very good for this! here it is:

*cut out ALL junk food out
*eat only fruits and veggies, chicken + seafood (no fattening sauces, etc.)
*run at least 30 minutes every other day
*jump rope for at least 10 minutes every other day
*bike for at least 20 minutes on jump roping days!
*drink plenty of water

will this work. im going to stay on it for 2 1/2 to 3 months! :D thanks! :D

it may work, all things are different for different people. Just substituting water for soda and other sugary drinks such as juices that are not 100% juice will help you lose weight. Just remember when you drink water, try to drink water without carbonation or flavoring. Flavoring usually has a lot of sugar.

also omit sugar frm ur diet. grapes.mangoes and other very sweet fruits r better avoided. gd luck!
