Exercise plan? |
I am starting a diet now that I am home for the summer and my mom has A LOT of exercise equipment. The problem is, I have no idea where to start. I do plan on losing a significant amount of weight through healthy eating and exercise because I am overweight by quite a bit and I want to start a healthier lifestyle. I want to lose weight but at the same time I do not want to get all that lose skin that sometimes seems to happen. I guess gradual weight loss would help prevent that. Anyways...here's a list of what exercise equipment I have access to. Can anybody help me with a possible program I could do everyday and for what amounts of time I should do each thing for. It would help me so much. Thank you. i can give you three different workouts. I am giving you three because if you do the SAME program...you may hit a plateau and not lose weight. if you vary you workout...your body will react to different muscles instead of the same muscles if you do the same program You should try TurboJam! I heard you lose a lot of weight. skip all that and just play guitar hero! |
