Exercise plan?


I am starting a diet now that I am home for the summer and my mom has A LOT of exercise equipment. The problem is, I have no idea where to start. I do plan on losing a significant amount of weight through healthy eating and exercise because I am overweight by quite a bit and I want to start a healthier lifestyle. I want to lose weight but at the same time I do not want to get all that lose skin that sometimes seems to happen. I guess gradual weight loss would help prevent that. Anyways...here's a list of what exercise equipment I have access to. Can anybody help me with a possible program I could do everyday and for what amounts of time I should do each thing for. It would help me so much. Thank you.

-treadmill
-eliptical trainer
- rower
-bike
- pilates ball
- weights of all different amounts
- one of those things u lay on...then push to "crunch" your stomach, sorry not sure of the name..ab roller maybe?
- she also has like the little work out center...with a bench

i can give you three different workouts. I am giving you three because if you do the SAME program...you may hit a plateau and not lose weight. if you vary you workout...your body will react to different muscles instead of the same muscles if you do the same program

A.
1. do 40 minutes of treadmill....sprint for five minutes and walk five minutes....or sprint for 10 minutes or walk for 10 minutes...that is definately gnna keep your heart rate elevated.
2.use the pilates ball to work your thighs /buttand abs. do lunges and squats with the ball. use the abs to do the crunches.
4.use the weights to do your arms...like bicep curls and tricep curls

B.
1. do 40 minutes of elliptical trainer
2. use the bench to workout your arms
3. use the weights to work your abs and thighs and butt. instead of doing regular crunches, use the weights with the crunches.
use the weights when you do the lunges. instead of this time...do back ward lunges...meaning do the lunges backward instead of the regular front. do walking squats with lunges.

C. use the rower for 20 minutes...do the bike for 20 minutes
use the ab roller for your abs.
use the weights to work your arms...instead of doing bicep curls...do punches with the weights.
