I Had A Lapse...and ate chocolate...have I burnt it off?

I had my lunch, and it being that time of the month soon, I had a terrible craving for chocolate and at about 100 grammes of it (550 calories or 600).

I did my usual hour on the exercise bike when I got up, and this evening I did another hour on the exercise bike (it is a resistance one), plus 30 mins toning/aerobics.

I hope the damage isn't too bad. My weight still seems to be 126 Ibs (I am 5'10)

'at' should read 'ate'

Eating 600 calories of chocolate is not going to make you gain weight.

Eating 600 calories of chocolate EVERY day will make you gain weight.

3500 calories make a pound. You ate 600... obviously that's not going to change your weight.

Therefore, you don't need to freak out about "the damage of the chocolate!" It's not going to make a bit of difference in your weight unless you do it every day.

I;m fairly certain you'll see no bad results. You did exercise, and it the body is very good at adapting to calorie fluctuations. I don't think one mess up will be too terrible :)

well, the average amount of time to burn off a Marz Bar is 1hr of continuous running or strenuous exercise.
So you can kind of work it out from there.
If you did two hours of exercise than that should be sweet!

your fine i'm exact same as you height and weight i need to gain lol
