No advice so I sppose I'll have to stop eating?

I am sick of not getting answers I need.
I want to lose weight. Not gain weight. I don't give a toss if muscle is so wonderful... it is not wonderful when you are getting too much muscle weight.

I used to do 30 mins exercise bike, 5 times a week. I kept adding more and more until now I am doing an hour of that a day, plus an hour of speed walking plus 40 mins of calisthetics/toning exercises for specific body parts.

I WANT TO KNOW WHICH DAMN EXERCISE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MUSCLE WEIGHT SO I CAN CUT DOWN! Or I shall just have to stop eating to shift the weight that has gone on.

Um, if you're gaining a lot of weight, I guarantee you most of it isn't muscle. It takes a lot of hard work and weight training to put on significant muslce weight. It's a common misconception that when you see the scale increase that you're putting on muscle. While your muscles are growing a little bit at a time, you're not putting on so much that the scale notices. And even if you were, you'd be burning so much fat, that you'd have a net loss anyway. Check your diet. That's probably where the problem lies.

Oh one more thing, the bike isn't the best calorie-burning activity unless you're doing hills. If you're serious about losing weight, you need to do some high intensity cardio like running or climbing stairs in addition to your other cardio activities.

Relax.....to lose the weight that you would like, you must burn more calories that you are consuming. Switch to a diet high in protein and work on your stretching and flexibility. Switch up your cardio from jogging, stairmaster, bicycle and eliptical trainer. Don't be afraid to do your cardio workouts outside, like hill running or bleacher jogs. If all you are doing is riding the bike then your body will become accustomed to it and not get the results that you are striving for. Keep your body guessing and you WILL achieve success. Best of luck!!!

Sounds like you are sick of not getting the answers you WANT. You are on the internet. I'm sure you'll be successful at getting the poor, unhealthy advice you seek.
Humans don't accidentally put on excessive muscle and I don't believe you have managed to either. Whatever muscle you gain from the exercise regimen you listed is likely attractive and fit looking.

Each exercise contributes to your muscle, but some do more than others. The exercise bike most likely builds your quads, maybe other leg muscles. That is what I would say is building up your muscle mass. I think the speed walking would burn fat more than build muscle because it is more of a core exercise. Sorry if that's not what you want.

Don't stop eating please!! Almsot every exercise is responsible for muscle eight. Biking increases muscle in ur legs. So does running and walking. Every exercise is responsible for muscle weight. but don't stop exercising, either...if you wanna talk u can add me on yahoo or aim...
yahoo = determination.motivation@yahoo.com
aim = broken7654321

dont stop eating but limit your food portions,especially your protein intake..have more fibre and calcium instead..
