Can i lose 20 pounds in one month this this current routine?


I am 14, and am 127ish pounds 5'2. I want to loose 20 pounds in a month can i lose it with doing:
20 minutes of excersize on an exercise bike (About 14 calories a minute) everyday
100 crunches everyday
Running for 1 hour 2 times a week
Weight lifting 10 minutes everyday
???
I might be joining tennis aswell and have gym 2 times a week. for 40 minutes but about only 30 minutes is actually exercise.
I eat healthy and am starting to count calories. Whats a good calorie intake? A good diet?, and more exercise if needed?

Not likely, but you will lose at least 10.

20 pounds is an unrealistic goal. I'd say you could get around 10 pounds off.

For calorie intake, about 1800 a day is the best. Don't be scared of carbs, just make sure you choose the right ones (eat lots of whole grains and yellow corn...yes, apparently yellow corn is as healthy as whole grains)

Stay away from fat, and make sure you eat lots of fruits and veggies, and enough protein to make it through the day.

The key is not to look at yourself as big...you really don't want to become frickin anorexic or bulimic. As long as you're happy with yourself, you're fine... And by the way guys dig confidence.

2Olbs IN ONE MONTH IS TWO MUCH TO LOSE! SLOW DOWN!! You are going to make yourself ill losing weight at that rate. I advise you speak to your doctor about weight loss and perhaps ask him/her to refer you to a nutritionist or dietician. Please be careful.
