HOW. watch I Can Make You Thin videos by Paul McKenna on youtube (also, last few episodes are on TLC this sunday). he has extremely simple ways to change your eating habits(and others) and simple to learn. 5mins. i don't want to tell you what to eat. you need to know how to eat. watch or don't . you're lost or gain at stake,not mine. good luck with whatever you do. |
