Help with my current eating issues please?


I started dieting and lost 10 Ibs in 2 months.
I also did 30 mins on my exercise bike 4-5 times a week...BUT

It got out of control and I kept increasing my exercise and have now been doing 2 hours on the bike per day as well as another 30 mins exercises...that's 2 and a half hours a day, every day.

As a result, I have started binge eating before bed which makes me panic and try and vomit it back up, and which makes me do even more exercise. I have a history of EDs going back to 13 (33 now).

Will it help me if I cut back the exercise by half and cut my calories a little? I want to maintain my weight and stay fit, but stop the binge eating.

Also what should I eat for dinner when I have exercised to stop me wanting to binge?

I have been avoiding pasta, bread, potatoes and rice and am wondering, is that a mistake?

HOW. watch I Can Make You Thin videos by Paul McKenna on youtube (also, last few episodes are on TLC this sunday). he has extremely simple ways to change your eating habits(and others) and simple to learn. 5mins. i don't want to tell you what to eat. you need to know how to eat. watch or don't . you're lost or gain at stake,not mine. good luck with whatever you do.
