Does anyone make an exercise bike that has arm workouts? |
I have an old air gometer that does and ive seen some treadmills and ellipticals that do.I sometimes like to sit and watch tv when I workout and I want to workout my arms as well and I would like to upgrade as the gometer dont go as well as it use to thanks It's called the air-bike here. It's not sitting down. You step up and down while at the same time your arms push forward alternately. I really feel standing, moving and watching TV is more healthy than sitting, moving and watching TV. Use light dumbells. save your money. |
