If I start riding an exercise bike for forty minutes a day, when will it show on my legs? Yes. If you can ride 40 minutes a day your legs will tone. That is assuming you are spinning at 70+ rpm and you gradually increase the resistance. Your legs will tone. You will feel better. it's not just the amount of time but the resistance. Constantly increase and decrese resistance. Also, standing on a stair with the tips of your toes and doing dips holding extra weight will help big time and you don't need to be at the gym. Six weeks for first results and six months for real results I tell people who are starting off an exercise program. |
