What do you think about my exercise plan?


everyday:

-run one mile
-20 minutes of biking on my exercise bike machine
-200 crunches
-500 jumps (jump roping)
-20 push-ups
-lifting 5 pounds of don-bells for 10 minutes


overall,

how many calories will i lose a day?

will my body look more lean and toned in the next few months?

tat's alot there.. u sure u can do it everyday lol. i am sure u will lose alot of calories and definitly will look more toned.

200 crunches is useless unless you are going for some abdominal endurance contest.
